We would like to take this opportunity to thank our investors, partners, referral sources, and friends for an active and a successful 2022. We closed fifteen new investments through our two separate strategies: private equity and direct lending (Fund IV). The equity team closed three new platforms and six add-on acquisitions, and the debt team closed six new investments, which comprised of both debt and equity co-investments. Additionally, we had two exits/realizations, celebrated our 20th anniversary, promoted Josh Chin to Vice President, and added several new members to our growing team.
