We would like to take this opportunity to thank our investors, partners, and friends for an active and a successful first half of the year. During 1H 2024, we closed 13 investments and achieved seven successful exits on existing investments (through either a full sale of the business or refinancing of our debt). Of the 13 investments, we closed two new platform investments, and we were very active in supporting our portfolio companies, closing 11 follow-on / add-on acquisitions across a number of industries, including Auto Collision Repair, Commercial Solar Installation, Appraisal Management, HOA Management, Education, and Home Storage.
Additionally, we received our license for our second SBIC fund.
