Source Capital is excited to announce that Joe Rodgers has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Josh Chin as an Associate. Joe will focus on growing Source Capital’s lower middle-market credit strategy, while Josh will support both the firm’s private equity and credit strategies.
Prior to joining Source Capital, Joe was a Managing Director and Southeast Region Group Head at Monroe Capital, a provider of senior and junior debt and equity co-investments to businesses and private equity sponsors across North America. Additionally, he has held senior leadership positions at KPMG Corporate Finance, EVE Partners, Cerberus Capital Management, Cratos Capital Partners, and CIT.
Prior to joining Source Capital, Josh was an associate at Bowstring Advisors (a division of Citizens Capital Markets), where he focused on middle-market M&A within the business services sector. Prior to his time at Bowstring Advisors, he held positions at Prairie Capital Advisors and PwC. Josh has an Honors Business Administration (specialization in finance) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is also a CPA.
These recent additions will support our growth as we continue to actively seek new equity and debt investments, as well as add-on opportunities in support of our existing portfolio.
