Blue Ocean’s mandate is to build a medical aesthetics industry ecosystem with Rohrer as its foundational investment. Rohrer provides non-invasive energy-based device aesthetics products to a variety of physician practices and medical spas across the US. Rohrer’s products are utilized for a wide range of procedures and deliver unique solutions for a variety of physical aesthetic needs, including skin tightening, tattoo removal, fat reduction, and hair removal. SCCO IV supported the formation of Blue Ocean and the acquisition of the Company by private equity sponsors Chartwell Investments Entrepreneur & Founder Capital (“Chief Capital”) and Tamarix Equity Partners (“Tamarix”) by providing debt and an equity co-investment.
